It´s a shame they don´t have a Pancake Tossing Race as one of the events in the Olympic games. Because if they did... we´d have a new world champion. Just look at the determination... the will to win on this grand old lady. I´ll bet she makes some pretty mean pancakes as well.    We´re still negotiating with her agents to get her out of retirement for next year´s race on through the streets of Melbourne on Shrove Tuesday.
