1. Quickly hand whisk 1 cup of Pancake Parlour pancake mix with 11/4 cups of milk until batter is fairly smooth. (This mixture makes approximately 4-5 pancakes.)

2. Stand for 10 minutes and DON’T mix again.

3. For each pancake pour approximately 1/2 cup of mixture onto a lightly buttered hot plate at 175-180 C and cook until golden brown.

4. Cook for approximately 90 seconds on one side, flip over and cook for another 60 secs.
* Add additional milk for thinner pancakes.
Serve with your favourite fruit or syrup toppings!
