Acceptance of Risk
I understand the event criteria, rules, regulations and Conditions of Entry of the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Parlour Ladies Race to be held on Tuesday, February 16th, 2010 - as set out in the entry guidelines. I hereby confirm my entry to the Competition and agree to accept and abide by these event criteria, rules, regulations and Conditions of Entry.

I acknowledge that I may be injured whilst participating in this competition and confirm that I take full responsibility for that risk. I acknowledge that no insurance cover has been taken out on my behalf by The Pancake Parlour or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Parlour Ladies Race.

I hereby indemnify the Pancake Parlour and anyone else involved in the organisation of the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Parlour Ladies Pancake Tossing Race against any injury or loss I may sustain during my participation in the Competition.
