Rules of use for all Customer Discounts
DINE-IN ONLY
All discounted and promotional vouchers including shop-a-docket coupons are valid for dine-in only.
ENTERTAINMENT CARDS
Entertainment vouchers offer a 25% discount off the total bill up to the value of $30.00.
As per the rules and conditions in the Entertainment book, Entertainment vouchers are not to be used on special event days such as Christmas eve, Christmas day, Boxing day, New year’s eve, New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day. Entertainment vouchers are valid for dine in only. Vouchers can be used on public holidays (other than listed above) and also Father’s Day.
When dining in groups the offer is 25% discount up to the value of $30.00. If multiple vouchers are used, the deduction is still 25% off the total bill up to the maximum combined value of the vouchers. No more than three (3) entertainment vouchers can be used per party. Another discount or discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the entertainment voucher.
SENIOR CARD HOLDERS
Senior card holders are entitled to a 10% discount and must present their senior card to redeem the discount.
The discount is valid only for the meal and drink of the individual person qualifying for the discount not the total bill. Another discount or discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the senior's discount. Discounts cannot be used on special great value menus.
CENTRE STAFF DISCOUNTS
Centre staff at the following locations are entitled to a 10% discount; Chadstone Shopping Centre, Eastland Shopping Centre, Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Century City Walk, Highpoint Shopping Centre, Northland Shopping Centre and The Jam Factory.
The discount is valid only for the meal and drink of the individual person qualifying for the discount not the total bill. Another discount or discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the centre staff discount. Discounts cannot be used on special great value menus.
POLICE DISCOUNTS
The Pancake Parlour offers a 50% discount for police in uniform and 20% out of uniform if they show their badge.
The discount is valid only for the meal and drink of the individual person qualifying for the discount not the total bill. Another discount or discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the police discount. Discounts cannot be used on special great value menus.
* Please note a Defence Force/Police Association credit card does not entitle the customer to any discounts.
SHOP-A-DOCKETS
Shop-A-Docket vouchers entitle the customer to a free short stack (with a choice of cream or ice-cream) when another short stack has been purchased.
Shop-A-Dockets are valid for dine in only. There is a maximum of three (3) vouchers per table per visit and valid until the expiry date as stated.
A shop-a-docket voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
THE PANCAKE PARLOUR, PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
With all Pancake Parlour promotional vouchers one discount voucher is valid per person per visit only. A discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
