Make your way to the third level, opposite the Shot Tower, and you will find one of The Pancake Parlour’s most exciting and filled restaurants.

Whether you are shopping, catching the latest movie or just meeting friends, the Melbourne Central Pancake Parlour is perfect for a lunch break, a quick coffee or to spend time with the family on the weekend.

Relax in the privacy of your own booth and enjoy a cup of our famous filtered – and bottomless! – coffee while catching up on some work or study.

An ideal venue for a hearty breakfast with work colleagues, family or friends, the sumptuous breakfast fare is served until midday on weekdays and until 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays (excluding public holidays and big-event days).

If you are looking for great value, try the Express Lunch and Early Dinner Menu, which is available every Monday-Friday from 11am to 7pm (excluding public holidays).

The Pancake Parlour Melbourne Central is open seven days a week (excluding Christmas Day). The kitchen serves the full menu up until 1am on weekdays and until 3am on Friday and Saturday.
